The Plan

Six Campaign Pillars

Every dollar is directed toward one of six strategic investments, each strengthening a critical link in the food access chain.

01

Infrastructure & Fleet

Two new LEED-certified distribution centers (Detroit & Nashville), 15 additional Mobile Market trucks, upgraded cold-chain capacity across all hubs. Adds 35 million meal potential.

$48,000,000
02

Digital Access

"FindFoodNow" — a real-time food locator app with bilingual interface, SNAP calculator, and live pantry inventory. Mobile-first for low-bandwidth environments.

$12,000,000
03

Community Micro-Grants

300 micro-pantries and urban agriculture sites seeded with $25K–$75K grants. Priority: communities of color, rural Appalachia, immigrant neighborhoods.

$15,000,000
04

Farm & Retail Rescue 2.0

Scale the AI-enabled matching platform from 140 to 300+ partners. Capture an additional 25,000 tons of fresh food annually.

$25,000,000
05

HarvestCorps Expansion

Double cohort from 65 to 130 members. Add data analytics and policy advocacy tracks. Cultivate 650 next-gen hunger-relief leaders over five years.

$10,000,000
06

Capacity & Endowment

Grow endowment from $8.2M to $18.2M. Fund data analytics, advocacy, and innovation labs to sustain momentum beyond 2030.
